Extremely disappointed with our experience at the Cambridge store. We waited two months for our sofas, and now we've been waiting another two months just to receive the missing cushions. When we raised our concerns, the response from the store manager was rude and dismissive?telling us, ?you can still sit on your sofa? and offering a bottle of wine as compensation. No real apology, no empathy. After over four months of delays, we?re still without a complete set and have received no meaningful resolution. Definitely wouldn?t recommend DFS Cambridge to anyone based on how this has been handled.

Very happy with the sofa we brought from here. The sales person (Ali I think) was very friendly and gave us lots of advice. There was a very minor delivery issue, but was quickly rectified the next day. Highly recommend.

Popped in to see about a new sofa with power recliners, found 2, so now have to work out which one to go for after getting the measurements assistant was very helpful and showed me a few but it got down to these 2 will be getting the tape measure out to see which one would fit better

We went to DFS and chose a sofa ready for our house move in a few months. We were able to delay the delivery date until we moved house. A few weeks on from ordering we got an email saying ?thanks for your order? and was later left a voicemail saying there was a glitch on the system and it deleted our order so they had to put it through again hence the new email and not to worry about it. On the day we were due the sofas we got a call saying the company were outside (they weren?t) and it turned out that DFS put the 2nd order through with the same billing and shipping address which on our order in store the billing address was our current address and shipping was our new address (I have proof). Kindly a family member took the order in for us as we needed the sofas on the day but I phoned DFS and no one would put me through to the Cambridge store and told me I had to wait 2-3 days for someone to speak to me to get this resolved! Due to this we then had to travel to the store and speak to them direct, everyone there knew what had gone on and yet no one had rang and spoke to us. We advised that the delivery company said they could deliver to the correct address but needed approval from the store and the store manager called the driver and his manager and came back to us to say that it would be delivered that evening. We went back home and waited all evening and at 19:30 we rang the driver and he said he had no deliveries scheduled to us for that evening or the next day! Due to this we separately as an additional cost to us, we had to organise a trailer and pay someone to collect our new sofas which cost over £200 to get sofas from a family members home (they had 4 sofas in a small living room which was ridiculous!) and transport to ours and then setup. I never got a call back from DFS at all to arrange a collection so if we hadn?t done it we would?ve never got the sofas. I raised a complaint and was called by the store manager and he could only offer me £99 refund for all of this and half price delivery on any future orders!! The conversation was basically saying that we shouldn?t have got a family member to take in the order as if then registered as delivered etc as if it was our problem when we actually spoke to him direct in store and he ?resolved? this for us. We only moved into our property so that we had stuff there and somewhere to sleep and we were literally sleeping on the floor for a few nights because of these continuous issues. DFS tried at all costs to pin the blame when everything start to finish was their fault and to only refund £99 when we spent over £3k on sofas (not financed) is an insult to say the least! Will not be ordering again.

Visited the store today to look for a new sofa set, considering we were the only people in the store other than staff members they weren't bothered about helping at all and were more interested in sitting on their phones and chatting to each other. We left and went to sofology and recieved excellent customer service

We have had are sofa and chair for 9 years and the spring went, so we were thinking of what we could buy, but when we went in I said ?my spring had gone in the chair ? they said we have a 10 year spring free repair, so I went online and booked it in and they came out, only took 20 mins and all done. *So Don?t Remember 10Years repair*

Pathetic customer care once the item is sold , they don?t have any tracking number or issue reference number for the customer raised issue. I think it is intentional after many many chase customer will give up. You can now imagine how the customer is treated and this is the experience I can share

Needed a new sofa as ours died a death in the house move and needed one fairly soon.Ali helped us find a sofa and sort out all the extras (upgrading the cushions and adding on a sofa protection plan). We were looking at one at Sofology but Ali explained that it?s actually owned by DFS anyway just more expensive.
