The shop is very overpriced, so could get the same product for much cheaper elsewhere. On the other hand, a nice young bald lad helped me pick out a suitable pair of walking boots for my next adventure!

I visited as I needed a waterproof rucksack for an upcoming trip to Costa Rica. The gentleman in the 'rucksack' section was a star, great knowledge, excellent tips, happy to get every item down, from a good range of stock, and fully go through each bag.He truly is a credit to this store, if you need advice in this area, he's your go to man.

I bought some new hiking boots today and was helped by the wonderful Ron. Despite clearly being very busy helping 4 customers as once, he was so positive, helpful, fun and kind.So yeh very happy with my booties but even happier with the customer service! What an angel!

Came in to return some Faulty Hoka trainers on Monday 2nd Oct and had the most fantastic customer service from Adrian (AKA ?The Bear?) and Rose. Friendly, down to earth and highly professional individuals. Everyone working in the store that day (sadly I can?t recall the name of the lovely Canadian Gentleman who was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding Gilets) was A class. I highly recommend these fantastic professionals who delivered such an excellent Customer experience and made my day. Kudos.

Absolutely brilliant service this week from Bear when I took back a pair of Merrill gortex walking shoes that were letting in water. Replaced with no fuss and a £110 gift voucher sent to me too! Will not be buying my walking gear anywhere else. Thank you!

We have got walking boots from here twice (my partner last year and me last week) the staff on both occasions went above and beyond to help us, they knew what they were talking about. The server was able to explain which shoes were wide fit and helped me to test the shoes.

We needed new folding chairs and, after some online research, called into Cotswold. A young man kindly unpacked the chair we were interested in and then left us to try it. We called him back, he packed it up, found a second one ( we needed 2) and offered to take them to the checkout. We were dealt with there with friendliness, courtesy and helpfulness. Thanks guys.The chairs are excellent too !!
