We go here almost weekly.
The team is nice but I wrote this comment especially because of someone called Rob, he provides a great service, he is welcoming, hard working and friendly . Honestly he deserves a promotion !!

Very nice cosy store. The staff are friendly and the service is fast. Very clean with nice decor. Drive through also. There is plenty of sheltered outdoor seating.
They are also very allergen aware.

Service station Coasta's. Nice to call in on a long drive. Staff were friendly. The coffee was nice and hot.

This review is a bit late coming.
It was a filthy day, cold, horizontal rain etc.
I stopped by the Drive In for a coffee and when I got to the window to pay, the young lady said as the weather was so horrible they would let me have it for free.
Very kind, polite and service with a smile.

Great facility in a really handy location (side note, probably not Costa related, but this site badly needs EV chargers).
Loses stars for me because we stopped especially as I had a voucher for a free cake for my birthday and was told it wasn?t valid on anything gluten free. I can?t eat gluten, so this was deeply unhelpful and left me feeling worse than if I hadn?t had the voucher in the first place!
(Update, Costa?s customer service on Twitter apologised and gave me a free drink because I was misinformed ? but I still don?t get my cake! Boo)

Visited on a busy Saturday morning. Very well stocked, plenty of staff. Tables were being cleared and cleaned. All staff were great and the Barista took a lot of care and made a great coffee. A very well run store. ?
