I have been with this pharmacy for 2 years so I have seen both managements. The last lady I felt was extremely courteous and helpful, especially if I needed medicine urgently, albeit sometimes it took a while for the script to get ready. She never made me feel like I was a nuisance, even on days where I took up a lot of her time explaining medications and treatments. I was disappointed when I went back and she was not there as I felt I had built a relationship with her and I felt comfortable going to her about anything. However the new management and team are great also. I have no desire to leave a great service on my doorstep. The only complaint I have is that they don't open on a Saturday, they never did.

Just been in there today, a bit of rush but told new management is taking over and the new owner introduced himself and got the prescription done swiftly. Great service Would be visiting again.

AVOID.
I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff at this pharmacy. The lady manager seems to be constantly stressed, which does not instill confidence in their abilities.
However, what truly shocked me was the recent error they made while preparing a medication for my child. The pharmacist who made the mistake was apologetic, but the young lady's unprofessional behavior, including smirking, was completely unacceptable.
Due to this incident, I have decided to switch to a different pharmacy. I urge everyone to be vigilant and carefully check their leaflets and prescriptions to ensure they have received the correct medication dosage.

Don't expect your prescription to be ready and waiting for you. Prescriptions only seem to be prepared if the patient is stood there supervising. It seems to be due to the pharmacy being unable to keep full time staff so rely on various agency staff who travel from as far as northern England every day so have no incentive to actually do a good job or even to not be rude because it will be some else's problem tomorrow.
3 times in the last week I was told "I'm doing your prescription now, it'll be 10 minutes" only to return a day or 2 later and still not been done. And you can't even call ahead unless you want to lose an hour or 2 waiting for someone to answer.

Constant turnover of staff. Often very inexperienced staff on then front desk. They try their best but almost 50% of the time they are late with prescriptions or there is some other snag. They often do not open on time in the morning with no notice given. . The shelves and desk are untidy which gives me something to do while I wait!

I went into this pharmacy and a member of staff was really rude to me . The member of staff laughed at me . She came across as very condescending . The member of staff informed me she was in charge . I was later informed the she was not the manager , when. I went into the pharmacy the next day .
I have discovered she is on probation at the moment and has been working at the pharmacy two weeks . I shall not say her name .
I recommend that she is retrained and works elsewhere.

I live nearby and I have noticed that the staff changes regularly. This means that the issue is not the staff but the system itself which should be fixed. It is impossible for a new team which stays only for a few months to follow up on what has been done before and what should be put in place. The staff does not stay long enough to do so. As for their attitude, like everywhere in the world, you will have some people who are nice and trying to help and some who cannot be bothered.

Avoid using this pharmacy. The staff is opening the store whenever he/she gets there, you could wait 1hr+ after the store has to be opened to get your prescription drugs.
