I live in the other side of Northstowe and today called twice to double check and item was in stock ( i understand they are busy but the website doesnt say they actually have the item ) so to avoid go and walking with 2 children all around the village decided to call and a female staff simply answered the and she said they were busy and hung up on my ear. Very rude. If you can't deal with customers kindly then don't work in the customer service industry.

I have never understood why the pastries come out after 7:30, most people are at work by then. Won?t be using this co-op ever again!

What does this sign mean??? Closed for 10 minutes? 2 hours? A couple of days? Very annoying for customers. 20 people waiting outside, it would be helpful if one of the 5 visible staff members had the courtesy to pop outside and tell us.

Very sad experience, you expect the new employees to know where the cigarettes are. You've labelled them A to Z but yet they're looking where the P ones should be yet they're nowhere to be found. This then causes panic to the new employees like you name them feel stupid because they're looking in the right place but yet they're not there. This even made me feel sorry for the worker having to dig through everything.

Staff lack a personality and act as if they don?t want their jobs. Every time I go in there, I?m stood waiting in the queue for 5 minutes because they make it their priority to stack shelves over serving customers.

Staff alway very good but shelves can be a bit bare at times that because they built a dam big housing estate just down the road with no facilities

Went this morning to get some cheese twists and they had none, so decided to get some cheese and tomato swirls, turns out they was labelled wrong and they was actually raspberry croissants, which I didn't realise untill they told me at the till, so i said I do not want them and told the lady on the till that they were labelled up wrong. Then when I leave one of the staff told my work colleague that I needed glasses because I couldn't read, but when she went to check she realised that they was labelled up wrong. How rude and cheeky can they be. Will not be going here again the member of staff in question needs dealing with accordingly.
