Lovely helpful staff who took the trouble to phone me when I foolishly left my phone on the payment counter. (Absolutely my fault! )
(However how great it would be for us as locals if you and Sawston Co-op could PLEASE join together for the benefit of your customers. We see Co-op as one single brand, not as a collection of disparate regional entities with different policies - and different 'loyalty' cards.

Staff is decent, hard not to be though, I could argue that it's ever so slightly understaffed typically, one employee more per shift would work well, currently wait times are on the cusp of being slightly annoying.
stock is decent, better than the last store but could do with some improvement, sometimes certain products aren't in stock, and it's semi frequent; just in time stocking isn't good for this small scale, keep slightly more stock of products that don't expire quickly, then when near expiration have clearance, I doubt you'd lose out on any profit.
Store is clean, shelves are better managed than Tesco, I barely see products in the wrong area of a shelf, unlike Tesco which occasionally has products like crisps overlapping making it hard to tell the price at a glance.
Is who-ever is in charge of stocking going to read this? No, but I like complaining about minor stuff that I only slightly care about.

Nothing is suitable for usual customers.. all your offers are just to sell something for people who are not interested in it..
3rd time I can not bye something you have but I have to go to Tesco because of what???
5 minutes before you finish your job or 20 minutes before your schedule ends and you just don?t want to go and take something I need??

Great little store with friendly staff and fresh produce. Onsite carpark really helps as it's a busy road.

The shop could be gorgeous but in most cases I don't find there what I am searching for. Very often no potatoes, no milk, only a very limited range of fruits. :(

Impressed with the new store, good it has some (albeit limited) parking, it's a shame there isn't a bus stop nearby for those that don't drive. Not the most convenient location.

This is a great new store, it's much bigger than the old one, with a much larger range, including lots of fruit and veg, ready meals, food to go, vegan range, free-from range and an in-store bakery! It's got it's own car park around the back of the store and self-scan checkouts to reduce queuing time. What an amazing shop!
