Horrible customer service. Manager just does not want to help you. Claimed to not have my parcels multiple times, had to contact DPD and only can collect my parcels after many attempts.

Absolutely raging. I was instructed to go to a self check out, without being asked if I was paying cash or card. I didn?t see the small sign which can been written below the till which said cash only. When I notified the clerk on duty, who directed to such till, she proceeded to yell at the top of her lungs at me, pointing at the sign in some type of demented craze, ?DID YOU NOT SEE THE SIGN!?!?!? I am absolutely astounded that someone would speak in such a rude manner to a customer. Would give no stars if I could, not worth the chocolate twist.
