Worst vibes of any co-op I've ever been in. Incredibly rude and hostile staff. The self checkout machines barely work, staff seem to think any problem with the machines is a result of people trying to nick things.
Whole place seems focused on loss prevention. Realistically they would probably be financially more stable if they weren't so deeply unpleasant to customers. In future I'll just go around the corner to the co-op where I don't get harassed.

Recently moved to area normally really like the co-op but some of the staff at this place are dreadfull! Strange man with earring who follows and stares at you is the worst!

Over the last 2 years I've noticed that they've taken off the shelves many of the cheaper options: icecream and yoghurt are two that come to mind. Exorbitant, impersonal. Used to shop here a fair bit, will now only use if wheelchair bound or all other supermarkets cease to exist. Thankfully we have an Aldi nearby

The staff are so rude. Today I was behind a young lady and her daughter and I could over hear how the cashier was talking to them asking an 11 year old for Identification because the mum was buying wine ?. Then accused the mum of stealing the child of the street. I mean come on what is happening to the world everyone has gone nuts.

This is my local shop, every time I cos it there is never any one on the tills or self service to assist you. And no way of alerting their attention..So frustrating!

Normally I do not write any comments about places but I am quite unhappy having a co-op next door that takes 30 seconds to get there and 7/8 minutes BEFORE closing time STATED at 10 pm and a member of staff already at the door not letting nobody in, (door close) me and 3 other guys. I don't know about the other people, but I just wanted 2 chocolate bars...but I couldn't go in and get it...It's unprofessional and staff as 30 minutes more on their shifts paid after closing times...I work at retail and I know we are not allowed to close earlier than the time. And I really take consideration to get out of places of their closing time.?????????????
