We paid for a slot to try on prom dresses.
We arrived and the shop was packed. No room to move.
No welcome.
The dreessing rooms were tiny.
There was an incredible variety, thus the 2nd star, but I/we were completely shocked at the lack of customer care.
Every other dress shop has been welcoming, helpful and made it an enjoyable experience for the girls.
The ladies in this shop just seem uninterested in finding out what kind of thing you are looking for, or even giving us some guidance of what to look for etc, and just shoved us into the worlds smallest fitting room! Then left to it.
When we finally found a dress we liked, they again didnt seem very interested.
I asked them if they did the next size up, as the back fastening was 'snug', to which they advised it wouldnt be needed, besides there is no stock of the next size up, and reassured us we would be fine.
We got the dress a good few months later, came to the shop, again left to try it on alone, and couldnt fasten it.
One of the ladies came to have a go, and almost brought my daughter to tears with the pulling and squeezing, saying 'oh its fine'. But it wasnt.
We were not given any other options, so we did the asking,
can we try on others?, which we did again with zero help advice or guidance.
Found one in the end, one that they couldnt order in but we could have the shop display.
They didnt offer to discount it in any way, or look over it properly to check all is okay and then steam it like they are meant too, they just bagged it up and charged us full price!
When we asked for any form of discount for it being used, they tried to say they had, but then when qurestioned knocked of £25!!
Just really unimpressed. Was not a fun or nice experience for my daughter.

This place is delightful. Great choice of dresses. My daughter didn't find her dream dress but she loved trying on about 20 dresses. The ball gowns are like something from Cinderella, really!

The staff were amazing and managed to fit us in last minute and were all really helpful to find my dream dress. There is a massive selection to choose from - would fully recommend!

Fantastic service, lovely staff and super helpful. Although we stayed over our time slot we weren't made to feel rushed. The lovely ladies here can't do enough for you and the dresses are all reasonably priced. Cannot reccomend enough.

Took my daughter to get her prom dress. The staff are all fantastic and extremely patient and helpful. The only downside is the limited space within the store.

Very impressed with the patience and care given by Caroline.We were able to change dress,after my daughter changed her mind and she was very accommodating. Thank you for going above and beyond and ensuring my daughter got her perfect dress-After 3 visits !!

Rush rush rush. £5 to book a something? Time slot? No - customers prior time overrun. Someone?s time? No - staff too busy. Specific changing room? No - staff member annoyingly gave our room to us and another customer. Parking was small and atrocious. I just felt it was impersonal. Dresses okay but we found better dresses elsewhere for same price or for a little more cost. Sorry, it seems harsh but it wasn?t a great experience on this occasion.

So many beautiful, high quality dresses in different colours, styles and sizes! We needed to look no further than this shop today. Appointment same day and took dresses away same day. Very helpful in assisting me to find the perfect dress and fit. Clean, tidy and well organised space. Would 100% recommend :)
