I usually enjoy Chopstix, but sadly, this isn't one of the better ones. Chap who took the order was rude and lacked basic manners and communication skills. He tutted when me and my partner wanted to pay together, and when I asked him about the meal deals he simply pointed at the sign and said "look". The rice and noodles were both overcooked and the chicken toppings were incredibly dry. Not a place I'd be likely to visit again.

It's taken a turn for worse for sure. portions are much less generous, disgusting overcooked noodles, chicken doesn't feel fresh either. Sad, as they used to be better and my go to place when coming back from Cambridge. Eat here if you're hungry and desperate, I'll just vote with my wallet and cook at home.

I waited in a queue of three people, one member of staff serving two other members of staff leaning against the equipment resting. It took forever to serve the people in the queue. When I did get served I was told I would have to wait for the Catsu curry to be cooked and then I realised there were also no potatoes left. I decide to abandon my order. Besides the terrible it is pretty awful if you are vegetarian.

Wasn?t impressed.Rude staff, no one really seems to be doing anything. Rice was very dry.They do not accept cash either!

You never have a vegetarian option. I come to these services frequently and I have never seen the pumpkin katsu in stock. Potatoes with noodles or rice isn't really an acceptable alternative. Your staff are also always very rude when I ask if there is any available.

Wanted the chilli prawns but they ran out which was fine so opted for the pumpkin katsu. Received only one piece when other customers who ordered chicken katsu got 2-3 pieces. Rice was under-filled which you can see in the photo. Definitely would not have spent £6.50 for that?

Absolutely spectacular food. Will eat again for sure. Enjoyed the caramel chicken topping over egg fried rice.

Food was pretty gross, no flavour to noodles and the egg fried rice over salty with strange texture to egg. Sweet & sour chicken was the worst of all. None of it was very hot so I worry about the food safety of this place to be honest. Very disappointing!
