I got final destination bloodlines on blu ray for 12£ For a recent release movie I?d say that?s a fair price.
Friendly staff in our experience and made a friend,have had nice conversations about games and our interests too
The Wait times also not too long but were super patient waiting in queues so idk.
Lots of selection on various games technology and more. Plus a great location for DVDs and blu rays managed to bulk up our horror movies/blu ray collection a bunch lately! So if you want family movies,tv shows or comedy whatever your pick is movie or TV wise this is the place to go! Same with music CDs and games too.

Went in to pick up a PS5 and turns out that despite system saying they have one they didnt actually have the correct one. Either mislabeling one or overcharging a customer for a digital only one.
With a bunch of vouchers to use they also wouldn't let me merge them to use them easier online.
Was told to visit a store quite far out of my way or else online which has long delivery time.
Really poor.

This has to be one of the best CEX's I've ever been to. There's always something new in the display case or behind the counter, whether it's collectors editions, amiibos, etc. I'll always walk away with a handful of DVDs, and even the newest of movies are priced well which is nice. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the large variety of items in the shop is why I always visit whenever I'm in Cambridge.
