It was an amazing visit to Card Factory. Being an international in UK, shopping is tough sometimes due to language barrier. Arranging a surprise birthday party for a friend was a hard task, made easy by wonderfully supportive and understanding staff at Card Factory CB1.. The are providing amazing customer service, tailored according to our needs. I had an amazing visit their. Tria, an amazingly professional customer service representative did a wonderful job in clearing any misunderstandings, I had about my shopping and served me the best way possible and was really kind and supportive. All staff was serving all the customers so well that I felt compelled to put a review. I would love to go again, and will definitely recommend everyone to visit this store before any celebrations as they have got the best products and best staff. Highly recommended.

Not much of a selection of cards anymore, and most are very basic and boring designs. Shop is incredibly cramped and trying to look at cards with other people and workers squeezing past you is not a pleasant experience. Also asked for a bag for 2 small cards and was given a frankly enormous carrier bag which the cards were in danger of getting lost inside. Was also charged something along the lines of 30 pence for the privilege. Absolute disgrace.

I ordered foil balloons online for my son's wedding and took them to the store on Fitzroy Street in Cambridge to be inflated and arranged as floor displays. I was served by Tina and Anne and I want to say how incredibly friendly and helpful they were and want an amazing job they did in advising and making the arrangements look perfect. Whoever reads these reviews, PLEASE let them know how grateful I am and how they are a credit to the store.
