“I booked my car in for a product recall. To be fair to them they gave me a very very basic complimentary clean inside and out, which I didn't ask for at no cost to me. They also gave my car a complimentary check over, which I knew was part of taking it in and kindly quoted me the cost in case I wanted it doing. My god I do not know how people can afford to get their cars serviced there. The place is having some kind of renovation work, I am interested to see what it looks like when it's done, unfortunately I can't see myself going there unless I win the lottery though.”
