Considering the crowds in peak hours, the 2-3 staff manages it very well everyday. Not too long waiting times with plenty of seats both indoor and outdoor. Good quality coffee.

I was looking for a cafe that's open late to meet up with my friend who lives there during my visit to Cambridge, and we agreed to go there. The location is perfect, across from the train station which is ideal since I have to take the train back to London. It was very convenient. The coffee was good and the service was quick.

Painfully slow service and cold coffee when you do finally get it. Captive first-time customers in the form of tourists coming by train. Yuck.?

I thought it was an attractive place to have a quick espresso and a snack. After being to the toilet, I can not go back ever.

Very glum young female trainee barista this afternoon - 21.09.24; she appeared to not want to be there, and that serving customers was a huge inconvenience, rather than a job for which she is being paid.

Coffee was cold and rather unpleasant. The place was dirty, tables were only cleared as we were leaving. Toilets were not clean (not filthy but need better attention and more thorough cleaning than what they had - it?s not a public toilet!)

A good sized Caffe Neros with both indoor & outdoor seating that is is a prime location opposite Cambridge railway station who serve various sandwiches & panini's, soups & hot pastries as well as a selection of delicious looking cakes & biscuits that are perfect to go with one of their many hot or cold beverages that are available.
After getting off the train I think I arrived at one of their busiest times but with ample staff behind the counter the queue rapidly disappeared, I ordered a large mocha from the polite barista but unfortunately after finding a seat then taking a sip, my drink was well made but barely warm forcing me to drink it in a hurry which was disappointing.
