Friendly staff and great location, situated right at the heart of the city centre. It can get ridiculously crowded though and 1 single toilet (which is horrible may I add) is simply not enough

In the recent heatwave, I had a group of very thirsty primary school children visiting the city. We had run out of water. The staff team were so helpful and provided water for them. It was much appreciated. Thank you!

Great cafe for a drink, a chat and to study. The coffee here is better than the other chains in Cambridge. The staff are really lovely and although it can get really busy sometimes, the cafe has got a great atmosphere during off peak hours

Very rude staff, got my order wrong twice (after naming the drink the way it was labeled on the menu) and afterwards we got rude glances from them. The drinks weren?t good either, tasted very artificial and were pretty expensive for that. Overall very unpleasant experience. The staff very obviously murmured to each other in front of the guests about their mistakes (pretty much blaming the customers), basically getting mad about having to do their job. Absolutely would not recommend.

I'm not a fan of cafés or coffee shops, but the other half seemed to enjoy their Chai Latte.
The atmosphere is nice, but the shop was extremely cold ? to the point where it would have been warmer outside. People kept coming and going to use the toilet facilities.
The queues were very long, but the service was pretty good. If you want a seat inside during peak hours, it might be impossible. Luckily we went at a quieter time.

Very busy. Staff are all very rude and unhelpful. Had to ask twice for someone to clean our table and everyone was pulling faces and mumbling under their breath. Its literally your job. And its ALSO your job to smile, greet and serve your customers. If roles were reversed I wouldve spit in their drinks.
Also a massive fuss with the toilets. Waited long to get the code and a massive queue formed.
Like one socket in the whole cafe. Cant study if I cant charge my devices.
