It?s crammed, messy at times and not great, over priced, and often no one on the shop floor, they walk off to the back even when there are customers in.

Initially the person on the phone that arranged the collection was very polite and informative about the process. This was let down immensely by the rude employees that arrived to collect the items which I had left mainly in garage but a sofa in the lounge near front door, due to space in garage. They complained about wasting their time having to go upstairs? Nothing was upstairs so unsure what their complaint was referring to. My mother has early onset dementia and their rude and abrupt approach led me to cancel the second collection as she was left distressed after the first collection.

Extremely rude, sarcastic and disrespectful lady working at this shop.. the worst experience I?ve ever had visiting a charity shop! A very bad representation of the whole ethos of the Heart Foundation! Surely you can recruit someone with a modicum of manners!

Out of all the charity shops in Cambridge I would say this is the best for clothes. I walked in not expecting to find much but what I found was Hugo boss jackets for £40 and superdry coats, both of which looked like they'd never been worn. Great shop extremely cheap and clothes look almost new.

I was giving away a table and 6 chairs, some very rude employees turned up to check on them, complained about some scratches on the table and said they will take only some chairs. They were very offensive, left my house dirty and without saying anything. Just avoid them.
