Fantastic service from the Store Manager back in Dec 24/Jan 25. Everything they said they could supply and work around us in terms of delivery was spot on.
We ordered from them again in May (from a more local branch) based on the service from Cambridge store. Still spot on!

Henry and Kieran at B4B in Cambs are absolutely amazing! Helpful, friendly and make the shopping experience ~dreamy~ They were patient with our browsing and honestly so helpful!! I purchased my dream bed today from Bensons for Beds in Cambridge. Monju the Store Manager was very polite, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about all their products. He even had an amazing bed machine which allows you to experience the differences spectrum from soft up to firm mattress feeling on you back so that you can find your ideal bed. I highly recommend this shop for its excellent products and service.

Absolutely had a nice shopping experience for our mattress and bed. As soon as me and my partner went in, we were greeted by Henry, and he was dedicated to help us find the best mattress. He thoroughly went to each intricate details about the different styles of mattresses and hardness levels. Also, he was also quite complete with his recommendations across all the lineup. Monju, the store manager, helped us buy our first bed! He did everything he could to help us with the price and offer us the best service. We popped into Dreams, and there was no service like this!

We are really glad we went to Bensons for Beds for our new bed. The manager was really nice and helpful. The staff wasn't pushy for the sale, and they let us take our time to browse and test the bed they had.
We found the perfect bed in clearance and were lucky to purchase it during the Easter Sales, which made the bed already cheap, even cheaper.
I would highly recommend Bensons for Beds, and will come back when we'll need more beds.

very helpful and patient whilst purchasing the bed and mattress. Kept in touch regularly with the delivery. The driver and mate turned up as expected on time. However there was no mattress and at no point did the salesman keep me updated re the lack of mattress which they must have been aware of pre the delivery date. I am not impressed and disappointed
