Nearly didn't use them as couldn't get hold of anyone on the phone and email answers weren't adequate.Did purchase a sports travel package eventually ....impressed with private transfer in Merc saloon with a brilliant driver, Andrea, he gave us a tour, he laughed,smiles and was very imformative and we were happy to tip him. We really hoped he would be with us for the return journey. Return driver was not comparable. Barely even said helloHotel was very tired, Aircon and windows broken, carpets stainedBellarome need to review the hotels they choseWould be great to have transfer to stadium included as was very difficult via public transport

We all had a great experience in Rome for my belated 40th birthday to watch the Rugby. Hotel was in a fantastic position and had a lovely roof top bar. Great breakfast and great staff. The game was great, had fantastic seats. All in all definitely would recommend.

Everything was absolutely spot on, from start to finish! The transfers provided were lovely, with water and sweets provided in the cars and drivers were really nice. The hotel was good location and clean with the staff being very friendly. Our seats at the rugby were also amazing for the price we paid. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again in the future!

Arrangements and administration by Bellarome were spot on and meant we arrived at our hotel relaxed and ready for our weekend. The Hotel Narvona Colors was in a perfect place, away from tourist streets but close enough to stroll to all the sights. Saturday was match day, seats in the stadium were in a good position and of course the right result! Well done again Bellarome!

We used this agency via Zicasso for a 2 week trip to Italy in May of 2023. Overall, they planned an exceptional trip, and the guides/ most hotels were wonderful. We did have an issue arise about a vendor that failed to show up, but we were ultimately compensated and received a free upgrade on another tour we had scheduled in Florence. I would use Bellarome again especially for trips to Italy.

Never did I expect to take a family trip with 19 people but i did, and Bellarome Travel made it the trip of a lifetime! From the drivers to the tour guides, hotels and food there was nothing first class service. Their attention to detail and daily communication made it a stress free experience. We all highly recommend Bellarome Travel. They?ll plan your vacation anywhere you want to go!

Honestly super disappointed. The itinerary looked dreamy unfortunately they dropped the ball over and over again. Our itinerary said we would be staying in 4 star accommodations and every single one was only 2 or 3 stars. There were only a couple hotels we actually enjoyed. They dropped the ball on scheduled tours to MULTIPLE places that never even happened and many tours that did happen were not accurately described. They completely swindled us and we didn?t even get refunds for THEIR mistakes. Will never use again. Terrible customer service thieves.

Excellent hotel choices in Naples and Rome for our bespoke two-centre trip. Travel arrangements and pickups worked smoothly (the intercity train delay was a nuisance but not the fault of Bellarome). Perhaps more in-city information might have been helpful, especially as Rome in particular was exceptionally busy and we struggled to book last minute entrance to places

Mario and his group are second to none!! We have now taken 8 trips with Bellarome and have ALWAYS been satisfied. The trips are excellent and we travel with no worries as the Bellarome team is always available and responsive!!

Andrijana was so helpful and attentive when arranging my 50th birthday holiday to Lake Garda and Venice. From the beautiful PDF proposal she sent through when I originally enquired, to support whilst on holiday, nothing was too much trouble. We had a fantastic time. Better still the price of the holiday was very reasonable. I would highly recommend her service!

Bellarome and Mario did an excellent job planning our personalized vacation to Italy and Greece. Andrijana was always there to answer our questions along with Roberta and Azurra at the help desk. We had the trip of a lifetime. Our accommodations were perfect. The tours they planned with the excellent, knowledgeable guides were so informative. The best part of the trip was rentinga car and discovering the Tuscany villages on our own time schedule from our home base in Pienza. Thank you everyone.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Giulia met my exact specification for the trip, answered queries during planning and during trip. Hotel was excellent, spotlessly clean, friendly staff. Private tour od Pompeii with Philomena was most informative, well paced and enjoyable. Antonio, our driver (Syrenlimo co) was very helpful and courteous. Capri tour was excellent with Giovani as guide.And the boat rip. off Amalfi Coast was brilliant. Overall a great holiday

A wonderful experience while booking a birthday trip for my son and his partner to Pisa, Florence, and Rome. Giulia could not have been more helpful and organised the perfect trip for them.
