Patch test was done 48-hours beforehand, and she was very accommodating when I had to change the time due to an overrunning appointment. Very happy with my eyebrows, they now actually resemble nice, neat eyebrows and not two big caterpillars on my face, and Faye was lovely and professional. “I’ve been getting my lvl and eyebrow lamination by Charlotte a few times now and she is amazing! I had a really bad experience with lamination previously where they waxed my eyebrows after they laminated and it took lots of my skin off and was very painful - I was really nervous to get it done again but Charlotte listened to my concerns and explained that she threads the eyebrows before laminating to avoid this and she was so reassuring. My eyebrows come out great every time and I have had no problems! Would definitely recommend having this done with Charlotte as she is very good at what she does!”
