I have been coming to the salon for years and had many fantastic treatments at Bea?s including manicures, eyebrow tinting and waxing, incredible luxurious facials and eyelash LVL. Georgia and all the staff are always so friendly, professional and knowledgable. I trusted them with all of my pre-wedding treatments, and I couldn?t have been happier! Also the salon is like a mini-oasis on Mill Road, very calming, lovely and clean. I couldn?t recommend highly enough!

I do not recommend this place. The quality of work they do is low. I had a gel manicure and pedicure and they started to come off after a few days. I also went for a regular polish and that was a disaster. I had a few thick layers of nail polish that could not settle in and I explained to a beautician that it is not gonna work. I was told all is good and I am ready to go. Soon after I left the place, the nail polish was everywhere. I also had waxing done (in a quite dark room), lots of hair left. These treatments are not cheap so I was very disappointed. I also had issues with payment. I paid a deposit during booking but after a treatment I was charged a full price. I didn't feel like this place was very clean either, lots of dust. At least on 2 occasions I had to wait for my treatment despite having a booking.
The staff was friendly and the location is convenient.

The loveliest little retreat! I only go for special occasions, but every service I've tried--massage, facial, brow waxing, mani and pedi--have all been incredibly relaxing and had amazing results. Kenita is a master nail technician. My gel manicure from her was gorgeous and lasted over 3 weeks without chipping! The shop is serene and Georgia and the team are always friendly and accomodating. I recommend the place to anyone who will listen.

Go to Bea's regularly for my nails and always have such a lovely time. The whole team are welcoming and friendly. Great long-lasting gel nails and excellent value. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I calculated the days worong and was on the last day of my periods when I had my aapointment. They told me they cannot do my barzilian waxing, and they still charged me full 35£ for a service they did not provide, and did not do any discount or reschedule for a different time (they said I would have to pay the full amount again) and were not willing to do any kind of compromise. I understand their 24 hour cancelation policy, however in certain circumstances you need to be more understanding if you want to have loyal clients. This is the worst treatment I have gotten as a client ever and I would never support this kind of bussiness.
