I had my first hair appointment at Bamboo Hairdressers today, and all I can say is Wow!What a lovely friendly salon it is, my stylist Donna, sat and had time with me talking me about my hair and what I would like and what would suit me.Donna was so lovely and friendly and super welcoming. Always nerve racking going somewhere new, but as soon as I met Donna I knew I would get a great haircut. Super happy with the cut and I will be booking another appointment for sure. Thank you Donna

Re to Eddie: I have to emphasise that I was late by 10MINS. I am sure my appointment was at 12 o?clock as I confirmed it three times while booking and added it to my schedule while I was on the phone. I also told my husband who also remembers it was at 12. I told Jade on the phone I booked at 12 and I would be late by 10mins but she didn?t say it would be 30mins late. She could have said that if it was and also about my other appointment to reschedule so I didn?t have to go and waste both our times.So whoever booked my appointments on your system messed up both my appointments.Jade did say on the phone that she would be with another client so I might have to wait for 30mins or so and I was prepared to wait if that was the case.(Just adding that it could become 13mins late in the end as I was struggling to enter the salon with my baby on her pushchair as it is not barrier free, while Jade was completely ignoring me - I asked if I could bring my baby and dog for the patch test in advance and the lady on the phone nicely said ?Yes of course!?.)I understood it is your standard that you do nothing but just stare at a customer who is cleaning your salon?s seat with their fingers like your servant. I am sure she recognised the drops as well when I hesitated to sit on there.And it is completely fine for your staff to treat their customers very badly because they are late by 10mins (or 30mins) for a patch test, even if they let you know in advance and apologise.I don?t write a review normally to complain but I do now because it was the worst customer service I?ve ever had in my whole life and I think you wouldn?t like it either if you were treated like I was.????????????????????I had a patch test today as the next week would be my first time having hair done here and I was treated very rude. Such a waste of time and effort to go there. I was clearly not welcomed by Jade who didn?t even look at me or say hi when I opened the door to enter the salon. She tried to make me sit down a chair with some drops of oil so I hesitated but she said again ?have a seat?. I had to wipe the oil with my fingers to sit down while she was staring at me doing it without saying a word. On top of that she said that someone else booked my appointment with her, but she isn?t even working that day and no one else is available so I?d have to reschedule. I booked this hair salon specifically because it was available on that day so I came for the patch test. She could have told me in advance on the phone so I didn?t have to make so much efforts to come over while I am really busy looking after my baby and a dog all by myself. She was very rude and unfriendly (She didn?t even look at my eyes today.) so I?m definitely not going back.I was late by 10mins for my patch test (just for the patch test nothing special) but I made a phone call in advance and apologised and she was already unfriendly on the phone. Again she could have told me about the booking when I called so I didn?t have to go if it was so annoying for her I was late.

Came for a wash cut and blow dry as it?s a special evening and I wanted my hair to look fabulous. This was squeezed into 45 minutes to make time for the next client. I?ve come out with frizzy hair that looks a right mess! I?ll be going straight home to wash it and blow dry it again myself. What a shame! Will not be returning and I?d highly recommend anyone else to choose anywhere else but this salon.Services: Blowouts

I really want to leave a positive feedback, however the result is not very promising. The hairdresser is very and probably over confident, but when I go back home and wash my hair, it is completely different.
