Prices could be better, and some items do not have a great level of quality. Staff is helpful and friendly but sometimes difficult to find someone to help you or answer questions. One good thing is that its open everyday and has a later closing time than other stores in the region.

Great shop for DIY. Good variety of paint, tools, fixtures and fittings, plumbing items, gardening items and plants, kitchen and bathroom items. Reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful staff.

Thanks Van for everytime helping us and supporting us to find the right products and tools for our needs. Also, thanks for being so responsive and friendly. Van is conducting top level customer experience although I saw a customer shouting at him and insulting him infront of other customers but he was still polite and trying to support although how rude she was. One stop shop for all your DIY housing needs. The staff, especially, Andrew was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the house painting section. As a beginner, I had no idea what to pick, but he offered great suggestions and helped me choose the right products. Really appreciate his knowledge and patience.

Staff were rude and unhelpful. I was looking for bathroom tiles. I asked a member of staff where I can find them, no eye contact, she just said bathroom accessories. Couldn't find them so asked a second member of staff, she just walked off and said she was going to drop the empty boxes she was holding. Finally a third member of staff informed me b&q don't sell bathroom tiles. A bit odd considering you sell baths, basins etc.

I needed paint and B&Q had paint and an assistant who was not only keen to help at 10 minutes to closing, but knew where the paint I was after was on the shelf.
