Brilliant at all stages. I wandered in while walking past, not expecting to find anything at the budget I wanted to spend for a speaker for my home office. Paul was great showing me what might work for me and what pros and cons were for each, including trying them out with different types of music I had in my playlists. He found a solution that worked price-wise and has amazing sound quality too. He really went the extra mile customer-service wise - even though my purchase was certain to be at the lowest point the store offers. Thanks v much and look forward to coming back in when we're ready to tackle replacing some bigger items at home.

I have recently purchased a Beovision Contour TV from here. Everything from helping me choose the right colour combination for my living room, through to the installation itself has been absolutely first class. I can highly recommend this shop and the TV has proved to be really good too!

Very good and knowledgeable salesperson....impressed me ....would recommend....voice commands did not always work with the.electronic s....but it happens....I would have given 5 stars but shop is depressing....some would probably say it has character......but do go in because you will be impressed....polite salespersonI RECOMMEND

The tax refund processing has now been completed!This is a very responsible store! ?Paul ~Thank you very much????????????????????-When I visited Cambridge on August 1, 2019, I came to this audio store~ After trying it out for a while, I bought a pair of H8i headphones~The clerk told us that there was the last pair of Sakura pink left in the store. When he took out the entire box, we were careless and didn't notice that there was no plastic seal on the outside of the box. We happily took out the headphones to check and listen. (Of course there haven?t been any problems so far!)But for a specialty store that sells such high-end audio headphones, it is very unacceptable that the products given to customers have been opened in the outer packaging box! (After opening it, it feels like buying a second-hand product at the original price)I leave this message to remind Chinese friends who buy audio headphones in this store to pay attention to whether the sealing film of the outer packaging is complete.Also, please pay attention to the tax refund form in this store. You need to buy an envelope and stamps before going to the airport. After the customs officer stamps it, you have to put the tax refund form in the envelope yourself, write the address, attach the stamps, and then drop it into the airport. Mail box, so you can get a tax refund! (I only found out when I arrived at the airport and was informed by the customs officer, but I had no time to buy envelopes and stamps, so I lost 58 pounds)(The store clerk didn?t tell us to do this at all on site)

Just had a great experience. I looked at the Eclipse TV and the salesperson was very friendly and even made me a fresh cup of coffee! Will definitely be going back!

We visited the Cambridge store hoping to find out some more information on some speakers we are thinking of buying and to have a demonstration. We have never felt so unwelcome in a shop before, the customer service was non existent. We were totally ignored and I concur with the previous review that the staff are rude.
