“I see some reviews here explaining that the customer service here is below standard. I would like to dismiss this.Today I went to post a package, containing contents with a value of over £300+. So naturally I have some suspicion of who I'm selling this to. I had been contacted by someone via 'Facebook Market Place' which I have used several times to sell on; always in cash, never an issue. This time, I was thinking a bank transfer or similar would be perfectly safe. WRONG!I took my suspicions with me and asked both of the workers in the post office, and their immediate alarm bells went off. They had heard similar scams before. Lets just say we hatched a plan and they guided me all the way to the end.I now haven't ben scammed after being on the EDGE of losing my valuable package, and also I would've been out of pocket '£££'. Thanks to their insight and awareness, and genuine care that I didn't end up screwed over, they saved me ALL THE STRESS NO ONE NEEDS. STAY SAFE. Be aware and be grateful to those who serve us. Thank you so much if you two ( you know who you are at the post office) end up reading this review. I am so grateful. Todd.”
“Great store. Well stocked with a good variety of fruit, vegetables, food, drink, household items, toys, stationery and clothes. There is also a seasonal aisle for events like Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day etc. Helpful staff if you need assistance in getting an item from a top shelf or help at the Self Service Machines.”

“Writing this review based on my experience 28th August. I went to the bank looking to setup my eldest child's first account. A member of staff took my details and put us in a queue for an advisor. The bank was busier than normal, and we probably waited around 15mins to be seen. Possibly slightly longer but not by much. The advisor we had to help guide my son with setting up his account was fabulous. She took into consideration his additional needs, and explained everything so clearly. It made everything so much easier for myself and my son. We got his account setup, and now good to go.
As I said the bank was busy, and there was a queue for both the cashiers and advisors. There were 2 cashiers working and a slight queue had built up. Whilst there was probably double the number of advisors working.
I left the bank, very happy with our experience and the way it had been handled”

“This is by far my favourite ATM in the whole of Cambridge. The number buttons are like silk to the touch and the visual display has just the right amount of blue light so as to not impact on my melatonin levels. The speed at which money is dispensed is far from satisfactory but not enough to stop me from giving this a whopping 5 stars.”

“My normal fuel place. Well stocked shop, clean forecourt, friendly staff. I bough some delicious croissants from them, Sept 2021. I always use the car wash from them, very good.”

Heard complaints of opening times are less. Some online banks don’t even have branches.
Most people in the bank are wasting time and resources. most things easily done on the app or call.
And if you don’t have phone or internet. Why are you in a bank? Well maybe it’s better you stay away from a bank ?”

“WOWEEE what a great cash machine! I was skint and needed a newspaper and without this superb Automatic Telling Machine I would have had to buy my Grauniad with my debit card and risk being tutted at by the grannies who seem to squat the Co-Op. I heard that Tescos wanted to install cash machines in their proposed shop 50 yards down the road. Co-op are good guys, you just don't get that same righteous, lefty socialist feel-good factor when you use a Tesco Cash Machine.”

“I've used this post office exclusively during my time in Cambridge and have never had a bad experience. Sure, there may be a line of people ahead of me, but that's not the fault of the staff. The person who monitors entry will try to help when they are able to do so, often times they will show one how to use the self-service desk or assist in other ways that prevents one from having to go to a live person. When I've had to go to a live person, each has been helpful and pleasant, even when I've done something idiotic.”
