Pharmacist here is really nice, answered the phone and gave me info about my medication (it was in stock) and prioritized my prescription when I turned up, since I'd been trying to pick it up for the past week but my GP Practice was messing me around and sending it to the wrong pharmacy.

Excellent service every time. Today I phoned to see if they had received my husbands prescription which i had only requested yesterday. Yes they had it, but it wasnt made up yet. I told them he had run out of his medication and was in pain. They sent a text to confirm the medication was ready within 30 mins. Cant praise this pharmacy enough.

used to be a customer of a nearby Boots, they would constantly take up to a week to prepare my prescription and if there was a problem (which happened often) they would not contact me, and would just wait for me to inquire myself. no problems here - prescriptions are prepared quickly, usually in 2 days, and I get an SMS notification every time. very dependable. the staff is extremely helpful and nice too. shorter queues here as well.

Called to make sure a certain medication was in stock, because I needed it urgently. Got confirmation it was in stock. Arrived half an hour later only to find out it was not in fact in stock. Needless to say, very disappointed
