Came with a screen problem (stripes on the screen in some positions), was offered to pay almost £500 to send it to Apple to replace the screen. Also was told that the screen connector was in the wrong place, which caused the problem. Also was asked if I previously repaired or modified my laptop myself. I never modified or repaired this laptop and bought it directly from Apple. But as I couldn't prove it, I had to leave with only one option offered - to pay £500. The most upsetting thing is that when I came home the screen was completely black (stripes or in, some positions, normal screen before the visit).

Unless you are a hoarder of scrap metal, I would recommend avoiding this store.I?ve been an Apple customer for 15 years and have always paid for iPhones and laptops in full. I?ve had many disappointing experiences at this store and it?s taken for me to have a one today to finally write a review.The customer service at this store has gone from enthusiastic, friendly and helpful years ago, to now being passive aggressive and smugly unhelpful, sometimes even borderline toxic (based upon a number of experiences).It feels as though some members of staff get a real kick out of telling you all the reasons that they ?can?t help you?, with a shrug of the shoulders and a ?now please leave? vibe.Today, the member of staff decided that it wasn?t worth helping, or even offering a discount on a repair. This was for two MacBook Pro laptops that have developed the same technical issue but are now out of warranty. Regardless of warranty, two identical £2700 laptops shouldn?t develop the same technical fault. This is a clear indication of a manufacturing issue and a logical conclusion that should be entertained, at the very least.The customer service here is the polar opposite of what it once was. I?d rather travel to a London store and speak to someone reasonable who enjoys helping their loyal customers.

I was planning to buy the iPhone 15 pro today. However, someone from the customer service told me that I cannot buy the device with monthly payment because I didn?t have my passport with me. Although I had Cambridge uni card, driving licence (non UK), and NHS card with me as well as my bank cards.The storey and the Barclays have all my details due to the fact I have been customer for many years (iMac and iPhones).I realised that I wasted my time, payed bus tickets for nothing and spend two hrs from my leave.Very poor service. Definitely I do not recommend this storey.

absolutely disgusted i went in today for a speaker replacement.. they told me they found more issues being the phone was now overheating which never happened once before then they said something about a light sensor, i think they broke it so when they gave me it back it was very hot and was on 33 percent 15 mins later it died the battery drained so fast, now the phone does not charge at all so they told me they are replacing it with another phone which doesn't arrive till sunday but now im left without a phone pretty much all weekend , and to top this all off my pickup repair time was 5 and i didnt get seen to till 20 past

I needed to replace my battery. They destroyed the phone and told me that the reason they could not fix it is because when I bought the phone (from the apple store) it was sold to me with a battery that was not apple- original and this battery has apparently destroyed my iphone. I had to buy a new phone.

Clean place. Very busy as you'd expect, only downside is I found you had to poach a worker in between seeing people to get into the queue to be seen too, system was poor in terms of your generic shopper coming in with little direction. Staff was super friendly and helpful, need to book an appt for repair bare in mind

Friendly staff. A pleasure to visit. I returned an old iPhone in exchange for an Apple voucher. It took 10mins to run a few checks and the whole process was easy.
