We were there today to buy dress for my partner. Felt really unvelcomed as shop assistant acused us what horible thinngs did our nation in past only after asking where are we from. First and last visit, avoid it!

The service in the Cambridge branch was poor. I asked about an item and it was just a shrug with a no as an answer. I then went to order the item online and decided to pay express delivery.. 6 quid extra for 1 to 2 working days delivery.A week on.. Nothing has arrived and i just keep getting lame excuses via email. I was sent a 20% discount code as an apology. Why would i want to spend more money.. With a company that can't deliver a product on time the first time I've ever ordered with them. Baffling. Avoid.

The staff here are absolutely lovely and really helpful. I had an issue with one of the products I purchased but they helped to fix the problem as quickly as possible.
