Can?t say enough about the service at Ann Summers Cambridge. Always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Zena (hope I spelt your name right) helped me find the correct size in the set I was looking for and even offered to hold it for me (as I?d brought the wrong size originally) so I could exchange the following day. Always a pleasure to shop here.

Tried to visit the store today (a Saturday) at 4:30pm. Member of staff denied entry - apparently they were closing at 4:30pm! No explanation or apology.

Went into the shop in Cambridge in the mall,one lady member of staff so rude asked if I could try on bra.she rudely snapped no as less than 3 members of staff on so fitting room shut which I accepted ,she said I could bring back if didn't fit but we live a long way from this store or any Ann summers store and I said bra was 36 pounds and couldn't afford too do this she walked away in a rude manner saying I was the 3rd customer say this today very bad attitude ?

Went in for my 15 year old daughter today for some bras. The lovely lady offered us a bra fitting. She was so helpful and really knew her stuff and even got my daughter into some that she wouldn't have chosen herself and ended up buying as super cute. I don't know the lady's name, but thank you so much.
