I visited Angel Beauty for the first time yesterday. When I arrived I was told to wait 30 minutes for HD brows. There was a queue but not too long so I waited. An hour went by and still hadn?t been called up. Eventually I did and was told I couldn?t have HD brows because the shop was closing soon. If I had known it would take so long, I wouldn?t have waited. The staff were not friendly at all. In the end I had eyebrow threading and after a total of 1 hour 30 minutes, I left. More staff are needed to get the queues down faster and to avoid this happening as I wasn?t the only one who left frustrated.

I had shellac french nails done last week at the ABP Cambridge branch. Within 4 days the white tips peeled off on one hand and the gel on a few finger nails. My nail also broke . She also said that they charge extra to have cuticles pushed back !! Never heard of that before considering I paid £31. Therefore no cuticles were pushed back. Most dissatisfactory and inconvenient.

This is my second time coming to the salon and I am really impressed with their eye brow vaxing. Special thanks to Priyanka. She did an amazing job. Highly recommend this place. I didnt even book an appointment and they accept walk ins which saves my time a lot. Thank you very much!

My Brazilian wax by Parinda was the best one I've ever had! Do not be confused, though: traditional Brazilians (all off) are called "Hollywoods" here and cost about £17 extra. A bit of a wait, but for the speed of the actual service, it was worth it!

I have used the shop for many years. I went there today and it was awful experience. I asked for very light brow tint. Which was definitely not. I have always had non sensitive wax. The woman talked be into sensitive wax treatment and the same for eye lash tint. It cost £39 and I left in tears. Steer clear of the shop. As I said I have used them for 5 years. Terrible service.

it really depends who gives you the service here. i am a regular customer for 2 years now. sometimes you can leave happy, sometimes very upset. no standards at all. they did the waxing only for the middle and the below the eyebrows. i told to the lady that she needs to wax above as well and she said they do only for below and she tried to more threading to cover the mistake. somebody else had waxed both below and above my eyebrows 3 weeks ago. again, i come here every month at least once since 2022. when i said i am not paying the waxing at the till, she said she has already done above. i do not think it is that difficult to wax the above of the eyebrows and let person leave happy. they earn such an easy money in 5 minute but not doing the job properly.

Fraudulent company, pathetic service.
Would lure you for a treatment and then take no responsibility afterwards. Messed up with my face with their fake laser treatment result claims. Got worse than original. Didn?t even care fix the problem they created in first place.

Bad experience here. Had gel nails and pedicure. At first I was quoted £70 then they said it would be £82 as they were doing my pedicure. Both the gel on my hands and toes is very messy and not smooth. She cut my toe when doing my cuticles and it started bleeding. The manager only offered me 10% off and blamed the bad manicure on my nails. Worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon, I would tell anyone to avoid this place.

Took me as a walk-in, however pre-booking is recommended for shorter waiting time. Went there for full leg waxing - Hayley served me, very friendly staff and pleasant experience!
