I have been going to All Eyes for almost ten years and have always had great service and more affordable glasses despite having a complex prescription. I recently broke my frame in an accident and they saw me immediately, I was able to replace the frame and was back at work within a couple of hours. The service was outstanding and I can highly recommend them as an alternative to the high street opticians.

I've used All eyes several times now and have always had a first class service. They have made new glasses for me and even reglazed my old frames, the service and advice has always been 5 star. I can't recommend them enough, you won't be disappointed on quality and price.

First time I've used All Eyes and I could not have been more impressed. Courteous and very helpful staff and a great range of glasses at their showroom in Over. Varifocals made within one week which was very quick and the quality of my glasses was first class. Will definitely use again and have no hesitation in recommending All Eyes. Out of town so no parking to worry about either.

We have been customers of All Eyes for many years and we keep going back! I've just had my latest prescription put into a favourite pair of frames and, as always, the service (from start to finish) and the end result is simply perfect. Whoever deals with you it's always friendly, helpful and with professional advice if you need it. There's always a quick turnaround and always great communication - and of course, they offer incredible value but without compromising on quality. Fabulous Service.... saved the day! I had lost my prescription glasses and found All Eyes via an Internet search....thank you Google! After visiting the shop, and choosing my frames from such a great variety of options...top end designer to value frames - and handing in my prescription (this was on a Friday afternoon), I was called Monday to say they were ready! Now that's what I call a speedy service. Glasses are great and I will be able to read on the beach next week. Thank you so much. I'd recommend All Eyes to anyone and will definitely use you again to fulfil my glasses prescriptions going forward.

Talk about going above and beyond, I cannot recommend All Eyes enough. My daughter needed prescription sunglasses to take on holiday very quickly. Ian came up trumps and the glasses would arrive the day before the flight. Due to the recent heatwave the couriers stopped working so no glasses were dispatched. However, Gerry was travelling up to The Midlands the following day and we arranged to meet at a convenient motorway service station to receive the glasses on the morning of the flight. AMAZING friendly customer service and excellent prices. We would definitely use again. Sunglasses are now in Croatia and my daughter loves them. Thank you so much!

I sent my old frames in to be reglazed as my prescription had changed.I received a call two days later, made my payment of only £40 and received my glasses back next day.Fantastic service! I will definitely use All Eyes in the future and will be recommending them to friends and family.I recently visited a well know optician chain to have some other frames reglazed and they charged me £60 as a reglazing charge and that didn?t even include the cost of the lenses!

I'm a returning customer, and have been back here during lock down too. This time, and due to my old pair to broken and scratched, had taken in two pair of glasses with a renewed prescription, one which had to be adjusted to suit me because it was an unused pair that my sister had purchased in Paris, and one wooden framed sunglasses pair, that I couldnt wear unless it had prescription lenses put in, and was told by my local optician that they wouldn't and couldn't do it. The service was yet again very friendly, straight forward, and to the point. Both glasses arrived promptly back to me in the post, with the fit and the lenses, and like all new glasses, and or lenses needing to get used to, perfect in every way. Thank you from a happy customer.
