Worst possible experience!!!Even if you are desperateDO NOT CALL THIS AMATEUR!!!He is one of them chatting, smiling knowing everything guys... until something goes wrong.Car had a simple issue but for this guy it was to much.He meant to reseat an injector seat and replace an injector washer.After he returned the car it started knocking (diesel knock). When I've tried to contact him suddenly he became to busy to answer his phone or text me back (even though before he was the only one to answer his phone on Sunday).After checking what I've paid for, I've discovered that he did none of the jobs listed on the invoice!Waited a day (apparently for genuine washers) but he did fit a universal injector washer that blew after just 3 days.Save yourself the stress and find a genuine mechanic.

Car showing high overheating while I was halfway through a long drive. Ended up in a car park in Huntingdon looking for help online. Rang Barry, who talked me through some initial ideas and then offered to come out (at 9pm). He drove 30 mins to where I was, by 10pm I was back on the road. Helpful and a fast worker. A good experience and definitely worth a call if you?re in a tight spot!

I have used KLM mobile mechanics before in September 2021. Mechanic Barry took half the day to open the car and finally said that he cant repair it and charged me for it. Please don't use this garage.This mechanic don't have knowledge about cars.

Unhappy with the service provided by KLM autos.We were after a gearbox oil change for our car, ever since the gearbox oil was changed, our gears do not shift on our automatic transmission at all, the revs go up extremely high, bear in mind this was not even slightly an issue beforehand.We were aware of a bit of leaking before but since having the oil done, there was puddles gushing out from beneath the car.All of this was made aware to the individual who did the service, however after many attempts of contact the communication rate was just too poor with extremely delayed responses and not enough solution.Wouldn't recommend.
