I have ordered from this branch twice now and mistakes have been made both times.
The pizza toppings have been incorrect with stray pieces of other ingredients on there too (which makes you question their cross contamination protocols), garlic dippers have come as just a disc, and orders have been delivered with wrong items. When called to mention the mistake the service was slow and the staff member sounded annoyed that I was calling.

Came to Cambourne Dominos and was shocked how food was actually prepared in the store. Food gloves are never worn and should be mandatory in all dominos. Unfortunately, all staff in dominos Cambourne do not wear gloves at all when touching the food they touch it with their bare hands. You see them scratch their face and then carry on rolling at a pizza with their bare hands and then pick all different meats ? then they make a Vegetarian pizza with without washing their hands. !!

Pretty sure this is a gdpr breach as need informed consent to use details for anything other than order management.

I've ordered a vegan pizza today and some chicken fritters and I was very disappointed . The pizza was non eatable as it was full of vinegar. I only had a slice and I got stomach acidity and the fritters were not fresh.
Very disappointed , I just wasted my money.

The first time I ordered from here the delivery driver dropped my large pot of sauce all over my doorstep?. Accidents happen, I was told I would be refunded but I never was.

My Husband came to your shop last night and when he gave you his order you were damn right rude .. yes you are busy but there is no need to have a attitude problem .. we will not be back again and it was cold when he got it home .. the price we have to pay aswell is disgusting

Absolutely disgusting employee behaviour! Regular domino?s pizza, but order delivery through the app so you don?t come in contact with the employees. Extremely rude and ignorant.

I made a phone call to "Cambourne dominos' for some basic information. Well l've called just to ask a question which was "Does the chocolate go on top of the cinnamon balls or on the side". I've asked this question because my previous order I didn't get chocolate either on top nor the side, this lady has replied "Order it and you'll find out I'm busy and don't have time for mischievous phone calls". I said "sorry" shockingly, This was completely rude and isn't a way to answer a customer. I simply wanted to know some information and the lady through the phone was rude. I will not be ordering through Camborne dominoes no more that's made me well uncomfortable to eat any of the food they make. I'd rather drive to st Neots or Cambridge and get me a well done pizza and desert. Funny enough my friend has also been disrespected by this lady. This shouldn't be the first complaint.
