Really disappointed, took my wedding dress there after reading reviews and speaking to someone in the store and was told although they couldn't guarantee to get the stains out they would do their best.Stains didn't come out and are likely now washed in.Would rather I was told they wouldn't be able to do it and taken it elsewhere.Nothing was said on collection about the stains still being there.Service: Wedding gown cleaning

I had a problem with my Amazon drop off. According to Amazon, there was no record of me returning my parcel. When I called up, Trina, took matters into her hands and said she would call me back. Trina has always greeted us with a welcoming smile and is very helpful, It is more fun taking duvet covers in to be washed and ironed than doing it yourself! We had unexpected guests due to arrive soon explained to Trina who proceeded to get them done to collect next day!Superb.Services: Drapes & curtain cleaning

I washed my nurses uniform with a biro pen and it had a huge ink stain on the front pocket and I didn?t know what to do as it was so big I thought about just binning it but I took it to Johnson?s Cleaners to see if they could have a go at it I didn?t have high hopes as the ink stain was the size of my hand.I left it with them for 4 working days and collected it today. Honest to god I couldn?t even tell where the ink stain had been. It was immaculate!! So so so grateful to these guys in Bar Hill for saving me!!Thank you so much! I?ve recommended this service to all my NHS colleagues if this ever happens to them!Cannot thank them enough!! I even created a google account so I could leave feedback!Will be returning for sure.

Really friendly and helpful. Saved a beautiful grey checked jacket that had blood stains on it that I thought would mean the end of it. Went out if their way to assist. Will use again.
