If I could give Karen 6 stars I would. I have the best time every time I see her, and her technical ability (amazing nails every time!) is rivalled only by her utterly beautiful personality - caring, hilarious, non-judgmental. I genuinely wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!

My daughter and her friend had a mini pamper experience as a birthday treat. Karen was amazing with the girls and they were so happy and sparkly when we left. Would 100% recommend. Gorgeous little cabin and Karen is just marvellous.

I often visit the beautiful Karen for various treatments, today I tried one of the new facials , (Hot towel inc foot reflexology)well all I can say is, wow, wow, wow, I highly recommend and I am looking forward to trying other facial treatments.
It was the most wonderful feeling, Karen?s experience and professionalism is outstanding and I always look forward to my monthly appointment with this wonderful young lady.

It?s such a lovely experience going to CloudNine, from the moment Karen greets you when you walk in till when you leave. I didn?t want to continue using the normal gel products that most salons use, my nails were always awful for months after, breaking and splitting but with the more gentle natural products that Karen uses not been a problem. Thank you Karen such a cosy, beautiful salon as well.

I can not recommend enough a Tai foot massage. Despite wearing the correct shoes, support socks etc. I had been struggling with Plantar Faciitis in one foot and very painful Sesamoid bones in the other foot. I found that Tai Foot Massage has significantly reduced the level of pain and that I can now walk at least 6 miles without any real discomfort, prior to Karen working on my feet my mobility was significantly reduced. Before the treatment I struggled to walk any distance at all.

Karen is so accommodating with my ideas for hair ups and nail colour choices and is happy to advise if she thinks something better will work! Love the relaxed and chilled atmosphere in the cabin. You come away completely pampered, relaxed and feeling gorgeous!

Karen is lovely! I had a fabulous afternoon and a superb pedicure. My feet have never looked and felt so good. I have already recommended her to friends and will definitely be going again.
I have since been back to see Karen for a superb Indian Head Massage. I thoroughly recommend this treatment to anyone who just wants to relax and have a bit of time to themselves it was truly amazing.
