Food was very average for the price. The curry was just sauce plonked on chicken. Noodles lacked flavour. Although quite quiete for mothers day, we felt rushed with them trying to clear our plates when not fully finished. I haven't eaten here for years and won't be in a hurry to return. Standard food, slightly overpriced!

Had starters and duck which was nice but when we had main there was a long black hair in the rice which my daughter didn?t realise until it was in her mouth. Should have complained but all felt so sick after this just wanted to pay and leave. The table next to us also found a hair. Will not be returning.

Service was a bit slow, but the food was worth the wait. Took my kids and wife with me. The staff was very friendly and looked after me and my wife. Will be back very soon :)

Ordered takeaway for many years, best service around Buckinghamshire for Chinese food, highly recommended for everyone who?s looking for a nice evening and takeaway

I don't mind paying up - but I want something decent in return.
An awful effort by any standard.
E.g. The egg fried rice is quite literally rice with a bit of egg in it.
...and you'll find a better, more authentic chicken curry in the adjacent Tesco.
Incredibly poor.

The food was extremely disappointing?overly oily with an unpleasant taste. The service was also unsatisfactory; the waitress advised us not to order too much food if we were not going to finish it, which was both unprofessional and unwarranted, especially given that we were charged £30 per person for a meal of such poor quality. You would likely have a far better dining experience at a local Chinese restaurant, both in terms of food quality and value for money.

Very busy, so service a bit slow. Food was lovely. Evening slightly spoilt because it was freezing where we were sat.

Really disappointing
We have been coming here for years and always received a top service
On a day when it is 2C outside they hadn?t turned the heating on and so we had to eat lunch with our jackets on
We asked for more prawn crackers and were told we couldn?t have any more!
I can only assume it has changed management as the usual staff were not there
Food was mediocre and staff unhelpful and frankly rude
Will not be going back

Terrible service.
Supermarket microwave quality food.
Booked a table for five for son?s birthday on Friday.
Very disappointing. Have been coming to Kongs for years and it used to be a great restaurant.
Not sure if it is under new ownership but will not be going back.
Cold food.
Inattentive staff.
2 hours till main meal started arriving, then a 15 minute wait for all dish?s to be brought out
Messed up orders - duck in orange sauce came out as duck with pineapple.
£135 and two and a half hours I?ll never get back.

Considering there were only three of us, we had to wait 5 minutes between each individual getting their dishes. Needless to say, the first person needed to eat theirs or it would have gone cold, and had almost finished by the time the last person was served. The Kung Po chicken is unlike any I have had before - and I don't mean in a good way. Not sure what it was, but the closest I could describe it was simply chicken covered in sweet chilli sauce. Had no substance (texture) or chilli kick to it.
Crispy duck was ok for a starter.
