I went in Bourne end Costa today with my grandchildren and ordered 4x babycinos. The place was really busy but both Holly and I think his name was Calvin were so very good, Holly was really helpful with my order and Calvin prepared the drinks with great care and attention. Both were cheerful and made what could have been a fraught experience with four children, a pleasurable experience. Thank you to both of them

SORT YOUR WORKERS OUT NOW! They seem so angry to be doing the job they?re getting paid to do AND SIGNED UP TO DO. A guy with a man-bun was especially rude. Making unnecessary comments about people?s orders, like I paid more for the drink than his hourly pay. TRAIN YOUR WORKERS IN GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THANK YOU!

came to revise with my friend but we ended up leaving because of the awkward atmosphere due to a specific man behind the counter after making sarcastic comments about my friends order but not in a friendly way. the same guy was sarcastically saying goodbye as we were leaving and we said thanks then left. he had a few passive aggressive comments and it was then not a nice environment to be in.

I went to study with my friend and a worker behind the counter was making comments about my order, to make fun of me. We felt very uncomfortable afterwards and felt like the atmosphere was very awkward and unfriendly. Would not recommend this specific Costa.

I've just bought a tuna panni and it was hair in there bad hygiene and poor quality

The two staff on today shouldn?t be put on shift together!! The man was getting angry at the lady, they were not organised or co-operative.
