First time customer, took my 1 series here for front brake pad replacement and diagnostics for an EML. Before mid day, service and fault find completed. Rebooked for rectification. Outstanding service and definitely will be using protech again!!

Jason leads such a good team here, have total confidence in their judgement and advice, always feel they are giving expert, honest appraisals, and complete work to a high standard. I?ve had Jason and his colleague looking after my 2013 535d touring since I bought it 2 years ago as a one-owner 42k miles example. I?d searched high and low for a car with the right spec and I?m happy to go the extra mile (literally) to have it looked after by experts that I can trust. I make a 180 mile round trip to take the car to Jason and the reason I?m prepared to do that is that they are simply outstanding. Top-level service, terrific value and incredible expertise. The communication is brilliant, they are totally trustworthy and I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend them. Thankyou Protech.

I've been taking my e60 to Jason for the past 3-4 years. I can't recommend him and his team enough! Their level of professionalism, knowledge, and very high standards of customer service is just the best in the business. Recently, carried out an engine remap to improve fuelling. I've never seen anything above 27-28mpg on average (525i) on my commute to work, now I'm getting close to 35mpg...! runs so smoothly and it is just lovely to drive.Services: Brakes

As good as it can possibly get, really...It does take one hour for me to drive there but I will make sure that I get my BWM serviced there again. Exceptional customer service, only changed the parts needed, provided extended and honest feed back about the condition of the car and all of that at a good price.I expect that all those owners of premium BMWs over 3 years old who want to maintain their car rather than move on to the next electric cars, will also be happy to have their cars serviced by ProTech knowing that this will increase their chances of being able to keep their vehicle for a very long time.10 out of 10.Service: Oil change
