I just went to this garage and was served through hatch ok it's 11oclock I needed a single packet of green Rizzlas price there £1.55 !!!!!This overcharging is huge ! Shell in henley upon Thames charge 73p! IMPORTANT DO NOT OVER PROFIT MANAGER THIS IS PURE GREED!

Very slow service from person named SAAD in the morning. Waited for more than 25 minutes to collect an order. It was very frustrating experience in the morning.

Shop prices always wrong - frequent overcharging. Watch your purchases very closely. They have overcharged me almost every time I have brought items from the shop. Staff then don?t explain or just go quiet. They also have the screen too high and for months, turned to face them so customers couldn't see the prices. Shell and Waitrose need to investigate. This is simply wrong.

Struggle to get internet signal inside the building, prices are always higher than local pumps. Great location but over priced.

IM NOT A CAR DRIVER BUT OVER 2WEEKS HAVE WALKED PAST GARAGE TO SEE FOR YOU CAR DRIVERS TO AVOID SO WHY???..... FEW MINS DOWN ROAD JUST OVER MAIDENHEAD BRIDGE THERE CHARGING 11p a litre less like most garages averaging at the moment £1.47 but the taplow one currently £1.58 MASSIVE DIFFERENCE SO WHY??? DO AVOID PLEASE OR COMPLAIN

This seems to be the only Shell station where they rarely stock up the gloves by the pumps, leaving you to either bring your own or get your hand covered in diesel. Also their card machine half of the time doesn't work by contactless and they still haven't fixed it even though it's been doing it for over 6 months, I know it's the machine as have paid with 3 different cars and get the same results whereas my contactless on all cards works everywhere else.It's a petrol station at the end of the day but a poorly managed one.

Always liked the products here but they claim on a big sign to be 24 hours. They are NOT. They close at 11pm and only petrol after that IF you can get the staffs attention. Other petrol station closer to M4 really is 24 hours.

As mentioned in other reviews, the night staff make you wait and attend to you only when they feel like it. The last time it happened, I walked up to the night window to buy some milk and the man inside was right there filling the cigarette displays but he just ignored me. I then tapped loudly on the window with my car key and he still ignored me. It was not until I hammered extremely loudly on the glass with the key that he finally approached the window and said, "What do you want?". Really unacceptable behaviour.
Other times when you arrive at night for petrol, the staff inside hear the pump authorisation request but only turn the pump on, again, when they feel like it. They make you wait 1, 2 or more minutes standing by your car for no reason. Just really unprofessional behaviour from the night staff at this location. They urgently need more training!
