Lovely venue and setting but needs some money spent on basics. Disappointing, service very slow. Quality of food was OK but served tomato and lettuce as a veggie afternoon tea sandwich and cream cheese instead of clotted cream for scones!

Absolute Shambles of an establishment, customer service is horrendous, no one ever calls back, called a spa (it’s a hot tub) food is cheap, do not pay the £15 surcharge for sirloin steak, it’s like a pancake, still waiting for my refund - oh and don’t expect tea or coffee with your breakfast
