I never write reviews normally but I want to warn people about sending parcels from this post office. I wasn?t advised about the price even though i did ask and then I was forced to pay for a service that was much more than I was expecting because they?d made a mistake, not me! I have been selling on eBay and sending parcels for many years and I always measure and weigh and keep an eye on price changes so I do work set how many other, less observant, customers have been ripped off?

The man working at the post office is rude. He is the most unhelpful man and literally laughed in my face when I told him my issue with my parcel and told me it was my problem when they were the ones who lost my parcel! I would not recommend this post office to anyone and the man working needs to be taught some customer service skills

It's been my experience that the people running the Post Office aren't particularly chatty but I have always found the service efficient, accurate and reliable.

Both the man and the woman who work here are incredibly rude. I try to be friendly, but I am always met with them scowling at me as if I am burdoning them by giving them business. I even saw the guy roll his eyes at a customer today. He once almost shouted at me for asking if he had any forms to apply for a new passport.

Don't listen to the bad reviews, who usually bothers to come online and write a nice review? What you expect from a nice local post office. Straight to the point ... what more can you want?

Really rude. To be running a post office u would expect them to be friendly helpful and chatty. Instead they dont greet u. Point to scales instead of asking u to pop package on. Money is just placed on counter and they walk off. I only use in emergency now as id rather go somewhere more welcoming. Not sure how they have lasted so long !!!
