The Whiteleaf Cross pub - perfect location in the centre of town, old (circa 1760), characterful, friendly, good food, good beer, cheap: best pub in town? Definitely.

Just heen out for lunch to The Whiteleaf Cross with my dad. The food was very well priced and tasted good too. The landlord was helpful and cheerful. Will definitely be returning.

Had a delicious lunch. Burgers very tasty! Great to see the kitchen back open. Lee’s doing a great job!
