After using Mr Kebab since 2017, tonight was the last night.
Part of the order missed and had to call them. They didn't really care and sent the rest of it eventually. Obviously, the original part of the order was cold by the time the rest arrived.
They refused a refund for a whole ruined order. Webchat with their delivery partner was a joke. Mr Kebab declined to speak to them.
This is the last straw as their prices have risen so much c.f. the quality of their food.
Risborough deserves better.

Ordered 2 pizzas online for collection at 7pm on a Saturday. Got there 5 minutes early, and my food was already done. They kindly offered me 2 free cans of drink. Food was delicious and service was amazing. Will be coming here again!

Sometimes only a Doner will do. Took a little while as busy with a pre-booked order and not as attentive or chatty as normal. Saying that it was very, very warm so goodness only knows the temperature by the grille
Salad pre-packed rather than items selected and added but overall taste was unaffected!
Just wish they would accept card payments rather than being a cash only business.
Parking: Parking is usually available just in front of the store or street parking if full.

I've been ordering kebabs and pizza from here for about 6 years. I always pick up - I never use the delivery service. The food has always been very nice, the pizzas are well made and not greasy or soggy - and the kebabs are always decent with plenty of meat and salad. The guys behind the counter are always lovely and friendly. I gave it 2 stars for atmosphere because - well it's a takeaway - not a resturant. The prices have gone up since 2021 though - it used to be great value - now it's less so - but I suspect everywhere else has put their prices up too, Overall I would recommend this place.

Tried this twice now due to Atalays in Thame getting so expensive and not excepting card payment.The Shish kebabs are really good and of equal quality, unfortunately the donner (whilst not bad) just doesn?t have enough colour on it for me and flavour just isn?t quite there.Price wise it?s significantly cheaper for the portions but you can tell the difference in quality with the donner.So if you live local order the mix shish and enjoy.
