Staff are so rude act like you?re thick and an inconvenience to them for trying to post a parcel. Not a smile in or polite word in sight. Customer service is hard but not that hard

I know what you mean! She's been like that for years, thinks she owns the place, and why have 2 tills when only ever one in use, spent half hour waiting to be served by miss happy on occasion!Almost makes you want to drive to nearby village for a better service

The older, blonde lady comes across so rude and condescending, giving short snappy answers and acting like you?re wasting her time. The whole interaction barely lasted a minute yet I felt so beaten down? the is coming from someone who works customer service and knows how hard it can be. I would have left it and assumed she was having a bad day but having mentioned it to a few others apparently this is very normal
