Friendly and helpful staff, chatting to us during our visit. Nice choice of sweet items and good coffee. Wasn't busy, plenty of tables.

On entering the building, most of the empty tables had trays and dirty crockery on them. Whilst ordering, I requested if there was someone who could clean the table that my husband was sat down at. The young girl came over, took the tray and carried on with her work. No wipe down of the table, which was dirty, whatsoever. We then saw another young girl clear away a tray from a table, but again, failed to wipe down. Not once did anyone wipe any further tables. At the time the store was not busy and 3 members of staff were behind the counter chatting. The chairs look grubby in fact so did the floor. Just felt dirty with food, wrappers under the tables. I do have to point out that the staff were nice and polite though.

Always welcoming, this is the best Costa I?ve visited. The staff are excellent, friendly and efficient. They greet regulars and visitors alike, and they obviously have a lot of repeat business. They?ve always got a good number of baristas on duty, so even if it?s very busy, you won?t wait long. Never any trouble to help if you need something carried to the table. It?s a spacious, level cafe in Olney (so great access for everyone). Often see laptops and people working. A few outside tables opposite the Market Place too. Really cracking coffee shop.

Iv been coming to olney costa naw for 8 plus years every day and I would just like to say you have the best team hear right naw they are always friendly happy to help and always willing to go the extra mile and always promote professionalism, even with the awkward customers that seem to be very unfriendly .Kid-friendliness: They are always happy to help and accommodate families with children

Great staff, great drinks made well . However I do have a bone to pick? and this is not the fault of the staff whatsoever? the new autumn flavour drink ?maple Hazel latte ? is splashed all over the place on posters? but is not available. Come on Costa, sort it out- it?s not fair to your staff or your customers advertising a drink that doesnt exist!

Friendly folks in central location for shops and with Thursday market across the street. Comfortable "distanced" seating and clean toilet. A/c creates cool draught making it a less welcome place. Seems its difficult to control. NOTE toilet out of order for quite a while now - Is service company is too busy??? Ask for extra hot drink else it will be more lukewarm than hot and a large drink quickly cools!
