“Love this coop. It has two car parking spaces before you get to the store one at the front and one at the side. Inside is big and spacious and has lots of interesting meals to choose from and a good selection to top up your shop with. The last aisle is also the queuing aisle so sometimes buying crisps can be a last resort but they have 4 self serve terminals if you want to be in and out. Friendly service and a great reward scheme too. The only querk to this shop is Friday afternoon is sweet day at the local school so can be a nightmare so I would recommend avoiding between 315 and 330 on a Friday apart from that all good clean and safe.”

“The service we received from Ally and particularly Nadia was outstanding. Our friend left her phone in the service station on Friday and luckily it was picked up by an honest person who handed it in to Waitrose. After a call to the lost mobile phone, it was answered and we were told it would be kept safely in the store until we made our return on Sunday evening. I called Waitrose Newport Parnell on Sunday morning and spoke to Nadia who enquired about the whereabouts of the phone, in store for me. She called me back to say she would let the team, taking over later in the day, know to expect us to collect it. She then called me about an hour later to say the coach driver who was coming to pick us up in Nottingham, was in the shop asking for the phone. Andy, the driver, was going above and beyond to help us, by collecting the phone but Nadia once again was fantastic also - she wouldn’t release the phone until she had authorisation from us to do so. Good customer service can be hard to find these days but Nadia and Andy blew the ball out of the park today. Thank you both from 6 very happy ladies who are so impressed with the level of service our lovely fried Geri received after losing her phone in a service station. Nadia’s help in this situation is the epitome of what we have come to expect from a company like Waitrose/John Lewis”

“Great shop and you can get most things you need. It has recently had a refurbishment so looks nice clean and up to date and helpful staff. They also have self service tills so you can be in and out very quickly and I cannot praise them enough we are very lucky in Newport pagnell to have a wide choice of coops to choose from and are open most days and on a Sunday they shut at 4pm like most bigger stores. It is very handy to have another coop over the road when this happens.”
