got my appointment at a day and time which was convenient for me. All the staff were polite and caring, i had a thorough examination which resulted in a new prescription .there was no pressure on selecting new frames, i opted for bifocal lenses with transition . i am very happy with my new spectacles . i would recommend the shop in Newport Pagnell to anyone

We used to use Specsavers in the CENTRE MK, but they are always so busy, and requires going up stairs. So, as we're getting older, less able to cope with crowds, and both of us can no longer do stairs, we've been going to Specsavers in Newport Pagnell, for some years now.They're a smaller shop, less customers at any one time, friendly, knowledgeable staff; and excellent opticians. Highly recommended.

It was my first time being prescribed glasses and contacts and the process was very smooth from start to finish. All the staff members I came into contact with were lovely, very clear and helpful questions and instructions, and I was made to feel very well taken care of. Highly recommend!

nice and time oriented store, very clean, well equipped with good staffs attitude BUT ONLY if you are NOT back for notifying them of a mistake they have done and need for re-doing your spectacles! not too much but they got somehow upset that I'm back with informing that one side of the glasses have been wrongly prescribed; they got somehow nervous, rushed up for re-doing it, and right into a not-welcoming attitude that you feel better not asking questions. smiles were gone and all was left was the impatience!

I had a very disappointing experience with SpecSavers. The person who conducted all the tests was incredibly rude and seemed disinterested. They didn't take the time to listen to my concerns or questions, making the entire experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. I expected better customer service, and this experience left me thoroughly dissatisfied.
