It takes no effort to update your temporary opening times on google. You google page states you are open until 1pm Wednesday however upon arrival your closed all day Wednesday. I have a business and I know how easy it is to update opening hours on your google page. Unnecessary

Really bad service, the times of opening are never what it says on the web site,dozens of customers turn up and its closed..the times are put on the door !! but you have to drive there first to find it shut.\\nPlease Newport Pagnell Royal Mail can you up date your web site and train your staff on how to use the scanner.

Recently in my area there seems to be a certain post person that leaves customers parcel deliveries on door steps when there is no one in, instead of following what i thought would be proper procedure and posting a "arrange a re-delivery" card. Perhaps its to much bother. I guess I' m just lucky that a casual passer by hasn't yet picked up on the opportunity. If it wasn't for other Postie's picking up the slack this would have been 2 stars. An update..tracking does not always work..I have had post persons scanning a parcel at my front door and even days weeks months later the destinations are not updated (royal mails track & find phone recording tells me, information not available).something wrong with the technology or good way of getting out of accountability for royal mail loosing parcels. Whereas Hermes seems to have constant updates on locations. Then at least if a parcel does go missing someone can be held responsible.
