I ordered for me and my Dad tonight, and a really lovely gentleman called Chris called to let me know he hadn't got any vegan cheese for me to which I said that's okay - he refunded everything, but he then called back a few minutes later, just as we were looking where else we could order from, to say he had managed to get some from another store and we could re-place the order!! ? such a kind act and amazing service, thank u ?

Ordered two pizzas for delivery these came by a chap on a push bike and back pack and when the boxes were opened both pizzas were a mangled mess at one side of the boxes very disappointing

I just did a deliveroo order and the order was suppose to arrive at 6.30 Pm as per deliveroo notification. Didnt receive the order and when called ., i was told it was delivered. No one delivered and we are the only office open at this time in the buidling. This seems a scam as deliveroo cant refund , as the restaurent is managing their own delivery. TAKING MONEY AND NOT DELIVERING FOOD IS A SCAM !!!!

Have been ordering from this Newport Pagnell store for a whiile now and have had a good service. Today the order got really messed up, however the store manager Chris was very helpful and sorted it out swiftly and even threw a free side for the online order server problem. Keep up the service Chris.

I ordering papa johns pizzas most of the time online. Today I ordered pizza through online delivery and I waiting for get the confirmation of order more then 1 hour. I call them after Amount Going through from my bank account they said they going to check then after 40 minutes I call them no one pick the phone. After 1hr I went to the Newport pagnell papa John the customer service assistant said my pizza in the oven. I?m waiting for get the pizza next 15 minutes and i paid delivery charge as well, this is not firs time, same thing happened last time when I ordered that time I was waiting more then 45 minutes because of online Confirmation delay.I Understood one thing even if I complain papa John?s customer service center no point .

Got there before 5pm for a deal- and we were refused the offer and told there was only 2 mins left before the deal ends?? Therefore surely it should of been valid?! Tried to sell us another ?offer? which was almost double the original! Poor service in which they care more about money than their customers. Came away with nothing. On principle, my partner will refuse to return.

I got h pylori from eating papa John's, immediately after eating their pizza, a few hours after my stomach was sore, had flatulence and it carried on for days, went to doctor, tests were done and it turns out I had h pylori and had to have gut redistant antibiotics for 2 weeks, my friends I have eaten all over the world, and my local pizza place was the one to give me h pylori, which can lead to stomach cancer if untreated, I will never eat a papa John's in my life

If I could leave no stars I would 3 times they have under cooked my pizza and didn?t even cut it as well I had to cut it myself I love papa johns but come on please how can you not cut pizzas properly I?m really Annoyed at this

Our horrible delivery driver turned up swearing and cursing about the location of our house, nothing I can help or correct, if you cannot send drivers who can?t figure out why one side of the street is odd and the other is evens, then you shouldn?t be in the food delivery business.Absolutely disgusted and will never order again all down to how rude this man was.He even swore about how terrible England was because of this. If you?re not happy then *%#} off somewhere else you nasty piece of work.
