We felt we could be confident in accepting the recommendations made in terms of products and colours etc. After completion of the project we are even more delighted with the choices and the quality.The bathroom was installed by two very experienced gentlemen who completed the work to the highest standards. They replaced the floor, which now feels extremely solid where the old one was creaky. The finish on the work is completely flawless. They rectified some faults with our aging plumbing and heating system, and had to struggle with some previous horrors like the bathroom having two layers of old tiles that even covered the skirting boards!There was one small snag - the hand basin had a very slight leak, which took a couple of weeks for us to notice. This was put right the day after I mentioned it.Outstanding!”
