The tyres were fitted well but there was a minor mix up with the delivery of the tyre sizes. Also the work was booked for 1400hrs but the work was delayed to the next day.

Pre Booked online and paid for an MOT (Friday 1st March) . Had to arrange the date and booked for a the following week(Friday 8th March) to be told my MOT was booked for yesterday! NO phone call no curtsey call to say I missed the appointment NOTHING! to top it off my wife asked for the refund as we will have to go else where to be told "they need to contact head office and can take up to 7days." I'm hoping this company sticks to its word and I get my money back!!!

Booked to have my front wheels rebalanced. When removing the old weights they left massive scratch marks where they have scraped them off with something sharp. Was ignored for the first 5 minutes of being in reception.The wheel vibration was worse when I left than when I took it in. Have had to book back in at another garage to have it re-done.Won?t be using them again. Shame as I have previously had a good experiance at this branch.

Absolutely useless, had no time to repair a basic puncture, told to come back next day and then waited a hour and half where they proceeded to brake the electronic valve.If you fancy wasting your life go to Formuka 1I?ve seen a faster tortoise.Would have given no stars if I couldThey are a joke

Booked my car in online to have a puncture fixed. When I arrived I was told they were to busy, had to rebook. When I went back they said puncture fixed. Left my alloy covered with black sticky glue. When I got home I cleaned my alloy and could see some damage around the edge of my alloy. I also noticed they had a look at my service history on the dashboard (I wonder why?) Then told me my alignment was out. I just had a major service done all was fine.Two days later I sill have a puncture.

I got 4 tyres replaced at Formula One (Newport). When I left the garage I started to hear a noise coming from the front of the car, because it was late Saturday afternoon I came back to Leamington Spa where I live and took my car to the closest Formula One garage in Coventry. They said first I had a suspension problem, then they said I should replace the Drive Shaft. That wasn?t acceptable from my point of view, so I took my car to another garage, and the technician found ALL 4 WHEELS with the screws completely loose. Once we tighten the screw up the noise was gone straight away. We could remove the screws by hand.I drove more than 100 miles with my car like this, I took a morning off from work and probably I will take my car to another garage to double-check alignment and balancing.I can not accept how dangerous it was, how disrespectful way from the second garage in Coventry and how unprofessional it was, I?m completely frustrated.My waste of time and danger can't be for free and I expect any action from Formula One side.Never ever go to any Formula One!

One star only because I can show 0. After booking my MOT a week in advance, a day before hand they called me to cancel for no reason. I had a day taken off for it and they just said sorry and left me with my car unusable. Disgusted by this guys. Incredibly disrespectful service. Avoid as they are not serious!!
